LEAU Water – Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love LEAU Water. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2) Return eligibility
To be eligible, all of the following must be true:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging (full 12-pack / case only).

Partial packs, opened cans, or started packages cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
-
The order was delivered within Switzerland.
Note: Returns for reasons other than our error are sent back at the customer’s cost.
3) How to start a return

Clear photo(s), if the item arrived damaged/incorrect

Please contact us so we can send you the return address.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Items sent without a prior return authorization may be refused.
4) Damages, defects, or wrong items
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us at hello@leauwater.com within 48 hours if anything is defective, damaged, leaked, or incorrect. We’ll make it right—typically via replacement, credit, or refund. We may ask for photos and the lot code/batch number for quality control.
5) Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened, partially consumed, or started packs

Perishable beverages that are not in their original, sealed packaging

Gift cards

Final sale / clearance items (where indicated at checkout)
6) Exchanges
Need a different product or flavor? The fastest route is to return the unopened item (once approved) and place a new order.
7) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank/credit card processing times may vary.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact hello@leauwater.com.
Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
8) Responsibility & risk in transit
Until the returned goods reach us, you are responsible for the package (choose a trackable service and keep the receipt). We’re not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
9) Swiss customers only
We currently ship and accept returns within Switzerland only. The EU 14-day cooling-off rules do not apply to our sales, as we do not ship to the EU at this time.
